Why sell your products or services to just one person at a time while you could be talking to hundreds? Webinars are the most powerful tool any marketer can have today and they are particularly precious for those who need to keep an eye on expenses.

Webinars are not only a  great selling tool, actually they are one of the most powerful promotional tools that exist. They prepare people for the sale and create the level of understanding and agreement that is necessary  for  smooth relationships and sales transactions.

Setting up a webinar on your computer is very easy: you just need an account with Strategic Webinars that provides a bridge line service directly to your computer, or bank of computers ,whether you are in your office , home , hotel room  or at poolside.The general  technology requirements basically are  a computer with an internet connection and an inexpensive headset with mic .

But there are  (15)  important  steps  Strategic Webinars and you need to take  to produce a successful webinar .They are :

1. You  and/or a  partner must have  a product or service  that has  interest  to  your target market (  basicially your email database or an email purchased  listing targeted to your webinar presentation ).

2. Find out what your list or prospective new clients/customers want or what they are already buying , as well as providing fresh information   on matters that old clients/customers are concerned with .


3. Evaluate yourself , or in association with Strategic Webinars  , the content of the product or service you are offering in light of what competitors are offering and make adjustments accordingly .



4. Create a bonus package for the webinar attendees  that is perceived more  valuable than the product or service being sold.  

5. If the webinar is designed to sell a product or a sevice at the end of the presentation , create a time limit or quantity limit or both so the attendee is moved to act  to take advantage  of the perceived savings and/or value offered .
    

6. Together with Strategic Webinars  and/or a partner, define a script for the webinar . Create a system/script that  has already  proven  to be effective in selling your product or service and  that can be replicated many times over in a webinar presentation.

7. Practice on the script by delivering the webinar to a friendly audience (for free) until you feel ready. If you have never presented   webinars before you should practice a few  times before delivering your first "paid for" webinar.Strategic Webinars will work with you to provide low cost "trial" webinar presentations prior to your  "paid" webinar presentations.

8. If appropriate ,  build a turn key system out of the offer so that attendees  can simply pay and get going immediately with the specific product or service offered and feel they are connected with  dynamic suppliers, partners and facilitators .If training is involved emphasize the need to continue their training in short time periods in order to better  retain their studies/lessons.

9. Make a payment system available to collect orders from the presentation (whether through the partner or directly). The best would be a Web page, but that could be complemented with an operator that could collect payments over the phone if appropriate.

11. Write a series of e-mails or email newsletters  to drive people to a landing page. 13. 14. Strategic Webinars  will record the webinar  with backups so to be sure to make it available as a replay over the next few days or longer  and will also follow up with several e-mails sent to attendees and non-attendees who registered for the webinar .

15. Strategic Webinars will automatically  send a series of e-mails inviting people to participate in  an encore presentation in case they missed the original live webinar or the web replay.Recorded webinars are then uploaded to the client's website or other designated internet location for 24/7  marketing to existing or prospective clients/customers.
